LUMIX users swamp Focus Australia project

Panasonic has received more than 3300 entries in its ‘LUMIX Life’ photographic promotion, in which amateur and professional photographers vie to have their work included in the ‘Focus on Australia’ book.

The project, now in its second year, gives local LUMIX amateur photographers the opportunity to have their work appear alongside professionals in a book that will showcase a range of subjects from landscapes to backyard cricket games.

Panasonic Australia marketing communications manager Matthew Mannall said the company was “overwhelmed” by the number and quality of images submitted in the few weeks since the contest was announced.

Online submissions to the ‘LUMIX Life - Focus on Australia’ project will be accepted to June 30.
