PMA WA to hold imaging trade show

PERTH CONVENTION & EXHIBITION CENTRE

October 5th-  6th  2010

The West Australian arm of PMA Australia is holding a trade only trade show on October 5th- 6th 2010 and you are invited to participate in this event.

The timing is shortly after Photokina, allowing time for either samples or at minimum flyers to be produced in aid of sell in for these new products for the Xmas trade period.

The show is trade only and is not open to the public at all, no direct sales from the show floor will be allowed.

Trade Show Opening Hours: Tuesday 5th & Wednesday 6th October 8:00am – 9:00pm.

We have at the last meeting agreed that we would collectively invite the following companies on the following days so as to avoid conflict issues.

JB Hifi, Good Guys & Camera House - Tuesday 5th - Groups from 6:30pm     

Harvey Norman & RetraVision - Wednesday 6th - Groups from 6:30pm

Coffee, Tea and Muffins at the following Times: Tuesday-Wednesday 8am, 10:30am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm.

House package drinks: Tuesday-Wednesday 6-8pm (Beer, Wine, water S/Drinks, Juice) with a selection of hot and cold canapés.

Parking: We have a discounted rate for all day parking at the venue.

Accommodation: We have negotiated a good rate at the Hilton Hotel; just 3min walk from the show.

Deliveries and Pickups: We have labels and specific times for deliveries and pickups from the PCEC.

Floor Plan: As this is trade only event, the floor plan will be put together by PMA.

PMA will be promoting this event is all trade magazines and online communications.
