PPFA Webinar next week

PPFA is offering a new webinar, “Introduction to the Certified Picture Framer Exam,” featuring David Lantrip, MCPF, GCF, Franchise Concepts, Inc.

The Certified Picture Framer (CPF) designation is an internationally-recognized credential which recognizes the skills and knowledge of a professional picture framer. This webinar will help explain the purpose and content of the exam, the benefits of certification and the examination process itself. We will discuss recommended exam preparation materials and how a framer can prepare for the exam to maximize chances of success and how to maintain the CPF designation.

This 90-minute webinar takes place on June 14 and is $30 for PPFA members, and $40 for nonmembers.

David Lantrip, MCPF, GCF, is the director of education for Franchise Concepts, Inc., the franchisor for The Great Frame Up, Deck the Walls, and the Framing & Art Centre. David is a member of the PPFA Guidelines Task Force, the PPFA Certification Board, and the chair of the PPFA Certification Readiness Task Force. He also regularly answers technical framing questions on the PPFA Framers’ Corner online forum.
