'Schnapp your way to Germany' winner all set for Photokina
Peter Giannakis, the winner of our ‘Schnapp your way to Germany with Adeal’ photo contest is all set to attend the world’s biggest photo imaging event having picked up his Photokina prize package in Sydney.
Peter, dealer product manager at Foto Riesel Image Solutions (Camera House) in Sydney was presented with his air tickets and VIP exhibition registration by Photokina’s Australian representative Philipp Lischke.
Peter’s winning entry was selected from more than 60 images entered in the competition, sponsored by Adeal in association with Photo & Imaging News and Photokina exhibition organiser Koelnmesse GmbH.
More than 250 Australians are expected to make their way to Cologne next month to attend Photokina, which will showcase 1300 exhibitors from around 50 countries.
More than 150,000 visitors are expected to attend the event, held every two years.
The 31st Photokina will be held from September 21 to 26.
