Harvey's and JB Hi Fi most visited Aussie Retailers

Gerry Harvey would be all smiles after viewing data that demonstrate a very pleasing position for the retailer, sitting in first position atop the Experian Hitwise, Top 20 - Appliances and Electronics list, as reported by Inside Retailing (IR).

The category includes websites that consumer electronics and appliances, and surrounds results of Australian companies only.

According to the reported data, Harvey Norman is the most frequently visited site in the category, accumulating 8.89% of Australian visits. Next in line was JB Hi-Fi, accumulating 8.03% of visits, followed by Dick Smith electronics with 7.34% of visits .

Scoring another position in the list, JB Hi-Fi's ecommerce site was fourth with 5.25% of visits, which in combination with its main website, makes JB the most frequently visited appliance and electronics retailer online.

Other results worth mentioning, include the Good Guys sitting in 7^th, Wow Sight and Sound in at 9^th, Digital Camera Warehouse in at 10^th, Bing Lee at 11^th and Clive Peeters at 16^th.
